Here’s a list of special words we use with MailMinder. Think of it as a mini-dictionary for email sorting!

Email Groups

• Imbox: Where important emails go
• Feed: For newsletters and updates
• Papertrail: Keeps records and documents
• Promotional: Holds ads and offers

Special Labels

• to-sort: Tells MailMinder to learn about an email
• to-ignore: For emails you never want to see
• to-screen: Where MailMinder puts emails it’s not sure about

Other Helpful Terms

• Multiple Inboxes: A Gmail feature that shows different email groups at once
• Filter: A rule that tells Gmail what to do with certain emails
• Label: Like a tag for your emails
• Script: The code that makes MailMinder work
• Trigger: Tells MailMinder when to run and sort emails
