Common Issues

MailMinder isn’t sorting emails
- Check if triggers are set up:
- Go to App Script
- Click “Triggers”
- Make sure MailMinder is set to run regularly
- Check if triggers are set up:

Emails in wrong category
- Check the sender’s email in the spreadsheet
- Move the email to the right category manually
- Run “Initialize” in the Apps Script

Can I change category names? Yes! Edit them at the top of the script.

How often does MailMinder run? Every 10 minutes by default. Change this in “Triggers”.

Can I use MailMinder on my phone? Yes! It works on your phone too.

Can I use MailMinder with my other Gmail accounts? Yes! MailMinder works with any Gmail account.

Is MailMinder secure? Yes! MailMinder runs entirely within your Google account. Nothing is sent outside.

Can I sell MailMinder to others? No! The license is personal and non-transferable.
