8. Uninstalling MailMinder

Hey there! We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes things change. Here’s how to remove MailMinder from your Gmail if you need to:

Step 1: Stop the MailMinder Script

1. Go to your Google Drive
2. Open the MailMinder spreadsheet
3. Click on “Extensions” in the top menu
4. Select “Apps Script”
5. In the Apps Script editor, click on “Triggers” (clock icon) on the left side
6. Find the trigger for the “A_RUN_THIS” function
7. Click on the three dots (…) next to it and select “Delete trigger”

Step 2: Remove MailMinder Labels

1. Open your Gmail
2. In the left sidebar, find the “[AutoSenso]” labels
3. Right-click on each AutoSenso label
4. Select “Remove label”
5. Repeat for all AutoSenso labels (Important, Feed, Papertrail, Promotional)

Step 3: Delete MailMinder Filters (Optional)

1. In Gmail, click the gear icon and select “See all settings”
2. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab
3. Find filters that mention “[AutoSenso]” in their actions
4. Check the box next to each AutoSenso filter
5. Click “Delete” at the bottom of the list

Step 4: Remove the Spreadsheet (Optional)

1. Go back to your Google Drive
2. Find the MailMinder spreadsheet
3. Right-click on it and select “Remove”

Step 5: Reset Multiple Inboxes (Optional)

If you want to go back to a single inbox:

1. In Gmail settings, go to the “Inbox” tab
2. Change “Inbox type” from “Multiple inboxes” to “Default”
3. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom

And that’s it! MailMinder is now removed from your Gmail. Your emails will stay in the categories they were sorted into. If you keep the filters, new emails will still be sorted into the categories.

Remember, if you ever want to use MailMinder again, you can always set it up fresh.
