Bulk deleting in Gmail is fastest when you filter first, then delete in batches.
Method 1: Delete by sender
- Open Gmail search.
- Type
from:example@sender.com. - Click the checkbox to select visible emails.
- Click the note to select all matching emails.
- Click delete.
Method 2: Delete by age
Use this query: older_than:1y.
This finds emails older than one year. Select all and delete.
